When Will My order Ship?
All Beauty Is Made Fresh to Order daily....Just so ya know!
Current Shipping: All orders ship: 3-15 business days*depending on season.
* not including Weekends/Holidays+Transit.


What does it mean when my order says "PENDING" In My Account?
Your order payment did not go thru.
You may contact us & we can a request for payment thru Paypal if you are having trouble.


What does it mean when my order says "PROCESSING" In My Account?

That means your payment has gone thru & your order has now moved to the production stages.

What does it mean when my order status says "COMPLETED" in my account?
This means your order has been completed & will now move to the shipping department for packaging.This will take 1-5 biz (not including weekends/holidays). days depending on Season, order will ship & you will be sent an email from USPS with CNS# stated order has shipped.

How Will I Know My order has shipped?
You will get an email stated order has shipped from USPS. If You do not get one within 2- 7 Biz. Days(does not include weekends/holidays) of your completed notice please email us & we'll check on that.

What if an item is backordered?
We ship all backordered items as soon as we get them at no extra charge to you or refund the amount paid.

Can I Order 0nline If I am out of The USA? Retail or Wholesale?
Yes, you can! Go ahead & place your order online & we will send a request for shipping difference thru Paypal...it's that simple. *Our shopping cart only charges USA domestic shipping*
