When Will My order Ship?
All Beauty Is Made Fresh to Order daily....Just so ya know!
Current Shipping: All orders ship: 15-21 days not including Weekends/Holidays+Transit.
We do apologize. We are currently at Peak Production.

What does it mean when my order says "PROCESSING" In My Account?
That means your payment has gone thru & your order has now moved to the production stages.

What does it mean when my order status says "COMPLETED" in my account?
This means your order has been completed & will now move to the shipping department for packaging.This will take 3-5 biz (not including weekends/holidays). days depending on Season, order will ship & you will be sent an email from USPS with CNS# stated order has shipped.

How Will I Know My order has shipped?
You will get an email stated order has shipped from USPS. If You do not get one within 3-5 Biz. Days(does not include weekends/holidays) of your completed notice please email us & we'll check on that for ya....XoXo.

What if an item is backordered?
We ship all backorderd items as soon as we get them at no extra charge to you.

Do You Ship International?
Yes, we do! All flat rate Retail boxes are $25.60 to Cananda (larger will calculate).
To ship eveywhere else is $41.28 Flat Rate

Can I Order 0nline If I am out of The USA? Retail or Wholesale?
Yes, you can! Go ahead & place your order online & we will send a request for shipping difference thru Paypal...it's that simple. *Our shopping cart only charges domestic shipping*

Can I return something that I bought or was given as a gift?
Yes, you can!  We want you to love your  Sugarcandie Beauty Goodies you buy here...period.
We know ya can't smell'em before ya buy'em, so if you find that you bought something that just isn't your taste, you may return it within 5 days.
We'll refund amount of item, less shipping. Please email us first for confirmation. Returns promptly processed within 30 days.

International Orders: We will issue you a Gift Card Credit for a product only if you do NOT wish to send a product back that you are unhappy with for a refund,(as long as this policy is not abused) thank you.
