*Retail Order Cancellation: Orders are not subject to cancellation. We ask you to please be sure you want the order you submit, thank you.

*Returned Packages: If your box is returned for whatever reason & you still wish to have it shipped back to another address you will be charged shipping as we have paid it once already, thank you. If you box is refused you will Not be refunded any part of the original order, thank you.

*Special Requests/Custom Orders: Special orders such as those Can NOT be returned/exchanged or cancelled for any reason,thank you.

If you have a product that has been damaged in transit please let us know & we will replace that item. We do not offer a refund for something that was damaged in transit, we will however send you out the same item, thank you. Please keep all original packaging as carrier may need to inspect the box.
